What we collect

When you request the report we store your email address, the language you chose, the page you signed up from, the date, any campaign tags in the link you arrived from, and a hashed (not reversible) version of your IP address that we use only to limit abuse. We do not ask for your name or anything else.

What we do with it

We send you the report you asked for and periodic updates about Cuban property news. We do not sell your email address to advertisers and we do not send email on behalf of third parties.

Transfer with the site

This website and its subscriber list are a business asset. If we sell or transfer this website or its domain name, the subscriber list attached to it may transfer to the new owner as part of that sale. The new owner will be bound by this policy or will notify you of any changes and give you the chance to unsubscribe.

Service providers

Email addresses are stored in a Cloudflare database and emails are sent through Resend. The signup form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and the site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites. Each of these providers processes data only to provide their service to us.

Unsubscribing and deleting your data

Every email has an unsubscribe link. To have your data deleted entirely, reply to any of our emails or write to the address below and we will remove it.

Cookies

We do not set tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a functional cookie needed to verify that you are not a bot.
